The Potato Chip, Reimagined

Nothing beats the great American potato chip as a go-to snack food, except for the seed oils, additives, and other junk that tradtionally makes them a guilty pleasure. No longer.

We make Rosie's Chips in small batches using just three simple ingredients and without any of the scary-sounding chemicals that Big Chip uses with those names you can't spell or pronounce.

Only fresh non-GMO / pesticide-free potatoes from Idaho, beef tallow, and a touch of microplastic free sea salt (Vera Salt). Rosie's Chips: a nourishing, better tasting, naturally delicious potato chip.

WHY TALLOW?

For thousands of years, humans have used rendered beef fat, or beef tallow, as an oil for cooking. Tallow has also been discovered to be beneficial for your body and skin.

In the early 1900s, animal-based cooking ingredients, such as tallow and butter, were replaced by seed oils such as canola oil, corn oil, grapeseed oil, safflower oil, and sunflower oil.

Visit any grocery store and pick up a bag of chips ... most of them will contain these highly-processed oils and other additives - Rosie’s Chips aims to change that.

Rosie's Chips are made with Vera Salt (the purest salt on earth).

Vera Salt is sourced from an ancient Spanish spring and is free of heavy metals and microplastics. It’s also hand-harvested through traditional methods using the sun and wind.
