Chips are everywhere. We just thought they could be way better. Most “Big Chip” brands mass-produce their chips with low quality ingredients, seed oils, and other additives we’d rather skip.
So, we made our own - with simple, natural ingredients just like in the good old days. We’re a family-run chippery that embodies the spirit of a bygone era when foods were once crafted with minimal ingredients without compromising on taste.
Rosie’s are kettle cooked the old fashioned way in small batches by hand using just three simple ingredients:
Fresh non-GMO potatoes
100% grass-fed beef tallow
Microplastic-free sea salt
That’s it. No seed oils. No additives. No junk. Less is more when it comes to our snack foods.
We’re originally from Central Pennsylvania — the Potato Chip Capital of the World — and chips have always been part of our story.
Now based in Los Angeles, Rosie’s is a West Coast brand with East Coast roots, blending old-school PA snack tradition with a fresh take on what chips should be. Our chips are made-to-order fresh daily in small batches by hand and may take a bit longer to ship, but they’re worth the wait.
Our chips are inspired and named after Rosa “Rosie” Adams, the 103-year-old family matriarch who helped raise three generations of us over 60+ years — best known for her love of people and her unforgettable comfort food.
