Rosie's was born from a simple frustration: every potato chip on the shelf was fried in the same industrial seed oils we'd spent years trying to avoid. We went back to basics: tallow, potatoes, salt. And discovered something the industry had quietly buried. It tastes better. Way better. Like the McDonald's fries from the '90s, back when they still cooked in beef tallow.
